Since 2015, Harinalia Canarias actively participates in the Gastronomic Show GastroCanarias, a reference event in the food and gastronomy sector in the Canary Islands. After several years organizing our own professional fair, ExpoHarinalia, we were invited by the management of the Show to join as a collaborating company. Since then, our annual participation in the event, held every May at the Tenerife Exhibition Center, allows us to share experience, present innovative solutions and make a decisive contribution to the development of professional bakery and confectionery in the Canary Islands. This constant involvement has consolidated our leadership in the sector and reinforces our commitment to quality, training and innovation in the art of making bread and pastries.
Being present at GastroCanarias goes far beyond institutional participation: it is a strategic commitment to support bakers, confectioners and professionals in the sector throughout the archipelago. Each edition is an opportunity to connect with the market, generate synergies, promote local talent and foster the exchange of knowledge. As an essential part of our involvement in the show, Harinalia organizes and sponsors the 8th Absolute Pastry Championship of the Canary Islands – Gran Premio Harinalia Canarias. This contest, developed within the framework of GastroCanarias, is a unique opportunity to showcase and reward the talent of the best pastry chefs in the archipelago.
